Me:
First day back in the gym. 20 mins stretching, 3o mins mixed walking/running on the treadmill. Why is it so easy to gain weight, and yet so difficult to lose it! And it's not even that the weight is so hard to lose that is so frustrating...it's that it takes so long. I can gain in mere weeks, but it will take months to get rid of it!!!!!!!

Whats my goal? To lose 20lbs by my birthday (5/27). Then lose 10 more by year end!

I need to start contacting all my previous schools so that I can get my transcripts sent to SCCC. I need to know what I have left to earn a bachelors degree so that I can then apply to Law school, start prepping for LSAT's etc.

Work:
Managed to work only for about 4 hours today, even though it was the work observed holiday. What resolutions can I make for work this year.

I need to do better at employee development. I need to commit to my one-on-ones each month. I need to commit to Team meetings each month. Stay focused and committed to projects. Be more concerned with strategic impacts on the dept versus just the group.

TV:
No Lost, Desperate Housewives, or West Wing. I can't wait for the new episodes to start again. It seems like it's been at least a month since any of them have been new.
